Blake is the director of a long-term care facility in Norwalk, Iowa, where he leads with compassion and a strong commitment to serving others. A dedicated community leader, he balances his professional life with time spent enjoying the outdoors and making memories with his three kids—often out on the water.

Blake’s energetic presence, natural charisma, and genuine ability to engage a crowd make him a powerful ally in helping your organization raise more for its mission.

Colin is a recent high school graduate with a strong work ethic and passion for growth. He is also a recent graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering.

He currently works full-time at his family's car dealership, where he's building experience as a car salesman. He's developed a strong background in customer service and sales.

While Colin is proud to be part of the family business, he has his eyes set on the skies. With a strong interest in aviation, he plans to pursue flight training and work toward a future career as a pilot.

In his free time, Colin enjoys working out, hunting, and staying active outdoors. No matter the setting, Colin brings a determined, grounded, and growth minded attitude to everything he does.

Colin is eager to expand his experience in the auction industry and learn from experienced professionals along the way. He looks forward to bringing his outgoing personality and strong work ethic to each auction event! 

Damian is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering (Class of 2012) and has spent over a decade helping organizations turn generosity into impact through benefit auctions.

He is also the author of two children’s books—Auggie the Auctioneer and Annie the Auctioneer—written to inspire and educate young readers about the world of auctioneering.

Damian lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife Janice and their two children.

Marisa, RN is a recent graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering, bringing energy and a genuine passion for people to the auction world. While she is just beginning her journey as an auctioneer, Marisa is eager to gain experience and build connections in the industry. 

Marisa currently works full time as a registered nurse at a rural critical access hospital, where she has provided compassionate care for the past three years. She earned her nursing degree from Southwestern Community College and has since developed a reputation for staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and putting people first.

Outside of work, she enjoys going on walks, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family which brings balance and inspiration to her professional life. 

With a strong foundation in healthcare, Marisa is excited to blend her unique skill set and begin offering her voice to causes, communities and clients across Iowa!ion.

 Trenton brings a strong background in information technology and accounting, using his expertise to support a local nonprofit in Des Moines, Iowa.

 When he’s not behind a computer, you’ll likely find him at the gym, on the disc golf course, or kayaking on the river. 

Trenton’s keen problem-solving skills and creative approach to challenges make him a valuable asset to both our team and the organizations we serve.
